Shipping Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Due to increased demand, some delivery days may not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding during these challenging times.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. We ship Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We don't ship or deliver on weekends. During busy times and holidays, we may sell out on certain days and therefore will not offer that shipping day.
Cupcakes cannot ship to AK, HI, US territories, PO Boxes, Canada, or APO/FPO/DPO.
Wine gifts cannot ship to AL, AK, AR, DE, HI ,MS, RI, SD, UT, US territories, PO Boxes, Canada, or APO/FPO/DPO.
After entering the delivery zip code, you'll be see a calendar showing available delivery dates and associated costs. The date you choose should be the date you wish the package to arrive, not the day it will ship.
Delivery availability and costs depend on the following:
- Time of order. Orders placed before 4pm EST are eligible to ship the next business day.
- The zip code you are shipping to.
- Whether or not you're shipping to a residential address or a commercial address (commercial addresses are less expensive).
- The weight or dimension of the package being shipped.
- Standard - if the package can arrive within 3 days (not counting Saturday and Sunday).
- Two Day

Costs and shipping methods provided by FedEx are based on your chosen arrival date.
Wicked Good Cupcakes® contracts with a third party shipping vendor (FedEx) to deliver your package.As such Wicked Good Cupcakes can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment on the day shown in your order confirmation. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the pickup or arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and FedEx to resolve any delays that occur, however, Wicked Good Cupcakes® cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
