What is the shelf life of cupcake jars?

We recommend you eat our cupcake jars within 4 days after receiving them, refrigerate for 2 weeks, or freeze up to 6 months.

Please allow them to thaw before serving.

Do the jars require refrigeration?

Our cupcake jars don't need to be refrigerated, if they are eaten within 4 days of receiving, however, they should be kept in a cool, dry place. They can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

All jars can be frozen for up to 6 months. Please allow them to thaw before serving.

What type of frosting does Wicked Good Cupcakes use?

Most Wicked Good Cupcakes are made with our special vanilla or chocolate buttercream frosting recipe. All of our buttercream frosting is made with a touch of cream cheese for added richness. Where can I find a list of ingredients and nutritional information?

All of our products have labels that list all of the ingredients, nutritional information, and allergens. You can also see a list of ingredients and allergens by clicking the "view details" link next to each flavor on our website..

Can I substitute different frostings or toppings in cupcake jars I order?

Unfortunately we can't customize our cupcake jars with different frostings or toppings. However, we're always adding flavors to our website, so check back often to see what's new.

Are your cupcakes safe for people with food allergies?

Our cupcakes are baked in a facility that uses peanuts/peanut butter, tree nuts, soy, dairy, wheat, and eggs on the premises. Please review the allergy information on specific flavors before ordering.

My favorite flavor isn't on the website anymore. Where did it go?

Can I customize cupcake jars for an event/corporate order?

How much does shipping cost?

When should I place an order to receive it by my desired delivery date?

Our site allows you to choose the arrival date of your package up to 40 business days in advance. During busy seasons (holidays) we encourage you to place your order several weeks before you want it to arrive to get the best shipping rate.

Why is my requested delivery date unavailable?

Because our cupcakes are baked fresh, we have limits on the number of jars we can produce each day. Once that limit is reached, that day is shut off on the website. During high-volume periods, you may notice certain days aren't available. We also take FedEx holidays into consideration when offering delivery dates.

Am I able to change my delivery address after I've ordered?

We can change addresses and messages to orders placed online if you notify us before 4pm EST the day before the order is to be shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we can no longer make changes to messages. We can still change the address, however this will typically add at least one day of transit to your package. FedEx may also charge for any address changes once a product is in transit. This costs varies. We ask that you read and re-read addresses and messages before finalizing your order to avoid any potential mistakes.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

We ship via FedEx without a signature required. However, FedEx reserves the right, when delivering to an apartment or condo complex or college, to not leave the package if no one is home in order to prevent the theft. FedEx will email a tracking number to the email address provided when checking out as soon as your shipping label has been printed. We encourage you to follow your package and if you have not received your package, to please call the FedEx Customer Service line at (800) 463-3339.

I thought I ordered an 8 oz jar but the label on the jar says 5.75 oz. Did I receive the wrong product?

We only sell our 8 oz mason jars. The weight you see on the label is the weight of the actual product in the jar. 8 ounce jar refers to the "volume" of the jar. Federal (FDA) regulations require us to put the product "weight" on all of our jars. Some products weigh more than others so you'll notice the weight on the label may be different depending on the product you purchased.

What is your refund or replacement policy?

We stand by every product we sell and every gift we deliver. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied, email customerservice@wickedgoodcupcakes.com for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. We promise to handle your request promptly and courteously. We guarantee it.
